Fair Trade is entering a new stage. With growth rates of more than 20% every year since the beginning of the 21st century, fairly traded products have left the "niche market" and are entering increasingly into the mainstream.
This survey presents consolidated figures about the structure and the market of Fair Trade in 25 European countries. It proves the sucess over the last years but it also poses some challenging questions for the future.
